Overview

Account Menu
The main menu (far left side) contains all of the important sections of your account to customize, or to view analytics about the success of your program with TryFit. The following overview breaks down each section, with a link to learn more.
Orders
The orders page contains a history of all TryFit related orders that have been processed so far. To learn more about an individual order, click the row to pull up the order details page.
Program
The program section contains 3 setting options which allow you to customize your program settings, how to handle returns, and exempt products. We highly recommend to customize these options first before installing the TryFit button to your product page.
Display
The display section allows you to customize the design & text content found within the email notifications sent to customers, and also the program modal on the product page. We give you complete flexibility include the logo, email body, and colors to better match your branding.
Analytics
The analytics section helps your team understand how well the TryFit program is working for your Shopify store including pre-trial and post-trial insights. The feedback analytics page aggerates all of your customer's responses from our Insights Email post-trial to help your team understand what customers loved or could be improved with your program.
Settings
The settings page contains your general account settings, integrations, and billing. We recommend adding a link to your support center so that we can include it in email notifications sent to customers in case they have additional questions about your policies.
