Order History

Learn the basics of the Order History page and how to interact with each order.

Overview

The Order History page gives a detailed overview of all orders that have been processed by TryFit. By default, results are listed by the date they were created, with the latest ones appearing at the top. To see additional results, you can filter and search as well.

The Order History page also gives you the opportunity to see status of each trial, payment status and the relevant order values.


Order History Actions

Once you're in the Order History page, there are a few actions that can be taken to help find a particular order:

  • Search - you can easily find orders by searching at the top by the Customer Name or Order ID.

  • Filter - to breakdown results, you can filter by the Date or Payment Status.


Order History Table Columns

The Order table contains the following columns of data with their respective definition for each:

  • Order # - the internal orderID for this TryFit order.

  • Date - the date the order was created in Shopify.

  • Customer Name

  • Trial Status - the internal status of the TryFit order. This can include: Order Created, Delivered, Trial Started, Trial Ended, Completed and Cancelled.

  • Payment Status - the internal status of the payment associated with this TryFit order. This can include: Authorized, Pending, Partially Paid and Paid.

  • Order Amount - this is the total value of the customer's order, which includes trial and mixed carts.

  • Charged Amount - this is the amount that has been charged to the customer's card on file. This value will usually be $0 if the customer's order only contains a TBYB product, but if it's a mixed cart you'll see the amount they paid so far.
