Overview
This guide will walk you through customizing the Insights email notification which is sent to customers after their trial has been completed. At this stage, the customer has been charged for the outstanding balance for products kept. The goal of the email is to have customers provide a review / feedback about their experience with your Try Before You Program.
TryFit than provides all answers within the analytics section to help your team analyze all responses.
Getting Started
To begin customizing your trial email go to: Display > Insights Email
This page contains several sections of settings to configure, below is a breakdown of each setting:
Design
This section allows you to customize the:
Email Header Text
Subject Line
Email Body
Button Text
Button Color
Button Text Color
Within the Email Body, we also provide a few program tags to automatically insert text based on the products the customer has purchased and your settings.
Feedback Page
Once the customer clicks the "Leave your Feedback" button, they are taken to our feedback page, which asks each customer to provide:
Star Rating
Feedback Text
The feedback page is customized to display your brand logo and company name. Both fields are required to submit feedback.
