Overview
The program modal makes it easy to communicate your program information to customers who are interested in learning more without having to contact customer service. The modal is automatically connected to your TryFit button without having to make any new changes to your store.
Getting Started
To begin customizing your program modal go to: Display > Program Modal
Once the settings page is opened, there are a few options to customize which affects the text content.
Partnership Text - the {company} tag will automatically pull in your brand name.
Title - this is the bold content above the # days icon.
Step 1 delivery - the {trial-days} tag will automatically pull in your program trial # of days based on your program settings.
Step 2 return product - indicate to customers how simple returns are with your program.
Step 3 order complete - the final step of your program, keep what you love.
Modal on your website
When a customer clicks the (i) icon below your TryFit button on the product page, the modal will display centered on the screen for the customer. The modal works great on both desktop and mobile, ensuring all customers can easily lean about your program.
