Overview

Our Post-Trial Feedback Analytics provide merchants with valuable direct insights from customers who have completed their TBYB experience and have been successfully charged by Shopify. After successful payment processing, customers receive an automated follow-up email inviting them to share their experience with your TryFit program.

The analytics dashboard compiles these responses into actionable visualizations that highlight what customers appreciate most about the TBYB experience, areas where they encountered difficulties, satisfaction levels and specific suggestions for improvement. By analyzing these firsthand accounts, merchants can identify patterns in customer sentiment, and make targeted enhancements to their TryFit implementation based on authentic user experiences rather than assumptions.


Getting Started

To begin analyzing your program metrics, go to: Analytics > Post-Trial Feedback

The Post-Trial Feedback page is broken down into two sections:

  1. Mini Charts

    The top portion of the page provides a quick glance at the:

    1. Total # of reviews within the selected time period

    2. Avg Rating across all reviews for the selected time period

  2. Customer Feedback

    When customers write a review of their TBYB experience on the feedback form, it is compiled and shown in this table. This gives your team easy visibility to all customer information at a glance. If you need this information offline, click the export button on the top right, to receive a CSV of the customer responses.
