Overview
The Order Details page allows you to get a complete understanding of a customer's order including their trial details, product information, returns and general timeline of events.
To access an order, go to: Order History > select any order row

Page Components
The order details page will consist of the following areas:
Trial Timeline - this area provides a live status of the TryFit order including the date of order, delivery, trial and payment.
Order Details - the order section displays all of the products from this order alongside their tracking information, pricing, authorized & captured totals.
Customer - core customer information including their name, email and country where the order originated from.
Timeline - this section is meant to showcase all activity including pre-trial and post-trial, including collecting customer feedback.
Returns - If a return occurred for an order, it will be listed here with the date, products accepted, and status.
Page Actions
There are two buttons at the top of the order details page with additional actions:
Extend Trial - this option allows you to give the customer a few more days on their trial. To learn more about extending the trial, view our guide.
Mark as Delivered - in the rare event that your shipping carrier does not indicate an order has been delivered, we give you the option to manually mark an order as delivered. Once this occurs, the trial workflow will begin immediately for this customer.
