Overview
This guide will walk you through customizing the Trial email notification which is sent to customers once their product has been delivered and the trial begins. TryFit allows you to fully customize the email content to meet your program rules, and general branding guidelines.
Getting Started
To begin customizing your trial email go to: Display > Trial Email
This page contains several sections of settings to configure, below is a breakdown of each setting:
Design
This section allows you to customize the:
Email Header Text
Subject Line
Email Body
Within the Email Body, we also provide a few program tags to automatically insert text based on the products the customer has purchased and your settings.
2. Email Settings
This section allows you to configure the general email content that your customers see within their inbox, along with the ability to set your own logo.
From Name - this should be set to your company name
Reply Email - we recommend to set this to your support email
Unsubscribe link - when a customer unsubscribes they will no longer receive any emails from TryFit about their trial program.
Logo - add your brand logo to replace the default TryFit option.
3. Custom Sender Domain
This setting allows you to customize the "from" email domain, so that customers will begin seeing all emails coming from your brand email, versus TryFit.
