What type of communication does my customer receive from TryFit?

Overview

TryFit communicates with shoppers through a series of well-timed notifications and updates throughout their Try Before You Buy experience. These communications maintain your branding colors and other general information from your display settings.


Email Notifications

These communications help maintain transparency and provide shoppers with the information they need at each stage of their Try Before You Buy journey. Today, TryFit offers 3 emails:

  1. Order Delivered & Trial Begins

    This email is sent to the customer as soon as the shipping carrier indicates the order was delivered successfully. The content for this email can be customized under: Display > Trial Email.

  2. Trial is Ending Soon

    This email is sent to the customer when their trial is set to expire in 24 hours. The goal of the email is to let them know about the upcoming charges, a general FAQ about TryFit, and a link to their return any products.

    To customize the link to your return portal, please go to: Program > Returns

  3. Trial Completed & Feedback Collection

    This email is sent to the customer once the trial has been completed and they are successfully charged for any kept products. At this point, TryFit will send an email asking the customer to share feedback about their experience. All reviews are collected and stored within your reports under: Analytics > Post-Trial Feedback.
