How do I extend a trial?

Overview

Once a customer's trial begins, it can be extended to give the customer more time with your product. A trial can only be extended 1 time, after which additional edits cannot be made.


Get Started

To begin the process of extending a customer's trial please follow these steps:

  1. Find the customer's order within the Order History page and click through to the Order Details page.

2. Once on the Order Details page, you will see the option to Extend the trial on the top right of the page - if the order is eligible.

3. After clicking the Extend Trial button, you will see a modal to select a new trial end date. Once you select the new option, click Submit and you're all set.
