Overview

When launching your new TryFit program, we highly recommend to add our common Shopper questions & answers to your site. This helps the shopper better understand your program, and can help decrease any hesitation.

Get Started

To begin adding the below FAQ to your site, we recommend either creating a new section within your existing FAQ or add a new one called "Try Before You Buy".

How does TryFit work?

  1. Select items to try - We'll add an authorization to your card, but you'll only pay for items you keep.

  2. Enjoy a relaxed trial period beginning as soon as your order is delivered.

  3. Easy returns. Only pay for the items you keep.

Can I use a discount with a TryFit order?

We are pleased to confirm that valid discount codes are applicable to both traditional purchases and TryFit purchases. However, please note that Shopify's current platform limitations prevent compatibility with "buy X get Y" discount codes.

What payment options are available?

At this time, only a credit or debit card can be used on a TryFit order.

Which countries is this program eligible for?

Currently, TryFit is only applicable to US-based addresses, but we plan to expand this other countries in the near future.

When does my trial start?

Your package journey is monitored by TryFit, which begins your trial when delivery occurs—you'll get a TryFit notification at this time. For orders with multiple packages, be aware that your trial starts with the arrival of the first package. If you require additional time, simply reach out to our customer experience team to request a trial extension.

I need more time with my trial, can you please extend the time?

Please reach out to our customer experience team to request a 2-3 day trial extension.

How do I return items that I do not want to keep?

Please use our returns portal located here, to begin your return.

I noticed I was charged after my trial ended, but I want to return a product.

Your eligible purchases can be returned during our designated return period. Please follow our standard procedures for returns and refunds as outlined in our policy.

I thought the trial was free, why did a charge appear on my credit card?

During your TryFit trial period, no charges will be processed for any items until the trial concludes. We do place a temporary authorization hold on your payment card for the full order amount. This authorization serves to verify fund availability for items you decide to keep—and helps protect against fraudulent transactions. Authorization holds appear differently depending on your banking institution; they typically display as "pending" transactions or appear without a posting date, indicating the charge hasn't been finalized yet.
