TryFit experience for Shopify Brands
Getting started with TryFit takes just a few minutes, and soon customers will be able to experience your program. Be sure to review our installation guide to get started or request a demo to learn more.
Install the TryFit app to your store and add the Shopify app embed to your product page.
Shoppers interact with your program and complete checkout. At this point, orders are authorized for the full payment amount to reduce fraud. Once the payment is fully authorized, the order is released to your fulfillment team to process.
Once the customer receives their order, they have two decisions to make:
Keep at least 1 product - Once the trial is completed, we will automatically capture the authorized amount.
Return a product - The shopper will follow the brand's existing return process. TryFit seamlessly connects with top return providers to ensure orders are tracked and properly handled. Assuming at least 1 product is kept by the customer after the return process, we will automatically capture the authorized amount.
After a trial is completed, the customer receives an feedback email notification to learn more about their experience.
TryFit experience for Shoppers
Shoppers browse your Shopify store normally and click the TryFit button "Try Before You Buy" to add a product to their cart.
Shoppers checkout with no payment upfront required for their Try Before You Buy products. The shopper's card is authorized for the full amount to ensure funds are available once the trial is over.
Once the order has been delivered to the customer, the trial period will begin. The trial period can be customized under your program settings.
After the trial ends, customers decide if they wish to return a product or keep the products they love. If at least 1 product is kept, the card saved on file is automatically charged the authorized amount from checkout. Any returned products require the customer to go through the brand's return process.
