Overview
TryFit orders have different payment statuses than standard orders. They'll show as either "Authorized" or "Partially Paid" in Shopify. Make sure your warehouse management system (WMS) or third-party logistics provider (3PL) can process orders with these statuses.
Our system automatically cancels TryFit orders when there are insufficient funds or other payment issues. It's crucial that your WMS/3PL does not fulfill these canceled orders.
To verify your WMS/3PL can handle TryFit orders correctly, send them an email confirming they:
Can process orders with "Authorized" or "Partially Paid" status.
Will not fulfill canceled TryFit orders.
