When does the Trial period begin?

The Trial period starts when the customer's package arrives. TryFit's system monitors the package and begins the trial countdown when the carrier confirms delivery.

If the carrier doesn't record a delivery event (which rarely happens), TryFit will automatically start the customer's trial period 10 days after the order is placed.
